Refund policy

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

You can cancel your order before your product has been shipped. We will refund the entire amount. 

We will not take cancellation requests once the product has been shipped.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that our products are truly handmade. Handwoven and handcrafted products do not go through a standardized production line, so each item has slight variation in size and work. Also, pictures are clicked in natural light and due to differences in screen settings across devices as well as photographic lighting sources, actual colors of the product might slightly vary compared to how they are visible on your screen. However, if the product has a genuine quality / manufacturing defect then you can return the product and avail full refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. the cost of shipping will be reimbursed to you. If you want, we will try to arrange for return shipping but we cannot guarantee the same.

Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

You can exchange the your item by returning it and, once the return is accepted, by making a separate purchase for the new item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
